Starting in June 2007, the Cafrtiz family and its development team began a series of community
workshops seeking ideas for potential development of the property. Members of the community were
invited to share their vision for the property. These suggestions have been used to develop design principles and a master plan for the community.

The Cafritz family is dedicated to creating a point of pride.
